These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bracalc.com and any sub-pages or tools made available there (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The service

BraCalc provides a free, browser-based bra-size calculator and a library of reference content covering sister sizes, international size conversions, and common fit issues. The Site does not sell products, fulfil orders, or provide individualised fitting services. Use of the calculator is at your discretion.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the Site or its content in a way that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from the Site at a rate or volume that places undue load on its servers, or in violation of robots.txt.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or republish the calculator engine or substantial portions of the per-size content as a competing service without permission.
• Use the Site to transmit malware, run automated attacks, or attempt to access parts of the infrastructure not made publicly available.
• Misrepresent the Site or pass off its calculator or content as your own.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the layout, copy, calculator logic, sister-size matrix presentation, fit-test diagnostic copy, and per-size guides — is owned by BraCalc or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The BraCalc name and logo are trademarks of BraCalc.

You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — republishing on another site, including substantial excerpts in commercial products, training datasets, or generative-AI fine-tuning — requires prior written permission. Linking to BraCalc pages from elsewhere is welcome.

4. Sizing results are estimates

Bra sizing varies between manufacturers, between styles within a single manufacturer, and over time as bodies change. The calculator and the sister-size and conversion tables produce a sensible starting estimate, not a guarantee. You should always try a bra on before relying on it for daily wear, and you should consult a qualified fitter for situations the Site explicitly does not cover (post-surgical fitting, mastectomy and prosthesis fitting, asymmetry, and similar specialist needs).

5. No professional advice

BraCalc is a general-information service. Nothing on the Site is medical, surgical, or other professional advice. See the Disclaimer for the longer version of this point.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or embed services run by third parties (including Google Analytics and Google AdSense, as set out in the Privacy Policy). BraCalc does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BraCalc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. BraCalc does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BraCalc and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. BraCalc's total cumulative liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site, which is zero.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BraCalc and its operators harmless from any claim, demand, or loss (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in [Jurisdiction], unless local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring the dispute in your home jurisdiction.

Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is material, the Site may surface a notice in the footer or in another visible place.
